The Anutz Lake wildfire is being reported by BC Wildfire Service as 7.9 hectares in size and is classified as being held, which means it is not likely to spread beyond predetermined boundaries under current conditions.

The Zeballos FSR road is currently only accesible to essential services and residents at this time.

As previously reported, it was a vehicle fire near Anutz Lake that ended up causing the wildfire.
