Parksville legend ‘Flying’ Phil St. Luke is turning 70 years old.
The beloved city man, who is always smiling and often happily greets people during his walks along the Island Highway, will be 70 on March 7.

St. Luke and some of his close friends celebrated his birthday Saturday (March 5) at Boston Pizza.
